Marucci’s Cat X BBCOR baseball bat features a newly optimized barrel profile that more evenly distributes the mass of the ring-free, multivariable wall design across the entire barrel for a wider, more consistent sweet spot. Tighter production tolerances allow the barrel diameters to be built to the maximum limit, creating more surface area and higher overall performance for all hitters.

The one-piece alloy construction delivers a clean, consistent, traditional feel during your swing while the precision-controlled barrel produces a lower MOI for increased precision and control. Made from AZR aluminum, this alloy is more responsive and durable to provide a better feel and more forgiveness. Marucci even moved the balanced point approximately 1 inch closer to the batter’s hands for faster swings.

A unique liquid-gel dampening knob is a patent-pending technology that features the optimal amount of liquid-gel in the knob of the bat to reduce and absorb vibrations for a smooth, solid feel during contact. The handle itself is thinner for more bottom-hand control.
