The 2022 Easton ADV Hype BBCOR baseball bat starts with their Thermo Composite Technology. This process, combined with state-of-the-art materials, creates a baseball bat with a massive barrel and large sweet spot. Easton’s design also keeps the swing weight of the bat light so you can produce explosive power at the plate.
As a two-piece bat, the ADV Hype features a different handle from its barrel. Easton’s Pro-Stiff Carbon Handle features extra-stiff carbon fibers for a stiffer, more solid handle that holds up to the power and speed the bat helps generate. The handle also includes their Soft Knob Technology. This unique knob design provides hitters with more leverage and power potential while reducing vibration and improving comfort for the bottom hand.
Between the two pieces that make up this baseball bat, Easton utilizes their ConneXion Max to maximize energy transfer with an even stiffer feel on contact. That connection is also filled with Easton’s Nitrocell foam to help dramatically reduce vibration for a better feel in a more powerful bat.
